JBCD Developers LLC Plans to Set up New Property nearby Premium Outlets

New retail development has now fully prepared to serve as the companion to the Premium Outlets in the Grove City of Mercer County. Kalispell development team and JBCD Developers LLC of Montana, Horizon Property Group of Cecil and Adam Property LP planned to build and establish a new shopping center of big area equal to 200,000 square feet over the farmland piece equal to 62 acres. The new retail-based property is nearby interstate 79 from one of the popular shopping center present in the area.


Joe DeLuca, a lead partner of JBCD Company and the native of New Castle said that he was actually scouting for various hotel sites, but realized that the entire property provided excellent opportunities to undergo something bigger by seeing various obvious potential for highest possible retail activities. This leading person said that financing activity is in place for the first phase of development, which will cost big amount ranging between 40 million dollars to 50 million dollars. In the next week, he looked for the site, collected relevant information systems and started working over the project. He even told his fellowmen and other people about various ways, by which Premium Outlets helped in proving demands for huge retail value at the particular location.
