feel that your leg being grabbed and you cannot move legs. You feel a sudden
whoosh of bats passing above you, the plants in the sea tickling your legs and

film. Well there is a new cinema marketing its 7D features in town. The
Thika Road Mall located which is the shopping center in Nairobi Kenya
apparently has a 7D cinema, how cool is that? It has explained that this cinema
is a renovation of of 3D cinemas with environmental effects added to the films.
As the viewer watches the movie they feel physical effects as they are in the
movie such as water sprays, smoke, wind, legs being tickled and smell of
fragrance.
The seats in the cinema are
specifically made to make you feel like your next destination is wonderland and
your told to fasten seat belts and hold
bars found on each arm. The seats swerve sideways, move back to front then up
and down, the faster they move the more exciting it is, others might feel a sudden rush, the experience would be depends on the movie being watched. The cinema first
lets you watch a clip which has water spray features and you will definitely
get wet. The cinema targets hundreds of shoppers who visit the mall on

Technology being expensive
and of course a fortune was spent to set up the cinema, it would be extremely
expensive to showcase a whole movie with all the effects being felt. They have
only designed 15 minute short clips that make you feel the thrilling
effects. It will cost you Ksh350 per to view the video clips using 7D glasses.
Even though its just 15 minutes the experience is worth and people keep talking
about it. Since its launch the cinema has become popular within the Nairobi
city with everybody wanting to experience the 7D as most people have only
experience 3D. The cinema hope to attract more people to the cinema and also
hope those who visit the place spread the word about it.
